Would you do it if no money was involved?

A hippie guru in Australia posed the above question and as a spiritual and intellectual exercise it is worth a deep think. Granted hippie guru's are filled with wisdom and expound on natural often spiritual truths. Unfortunately the also often come free balling it in pajama pants hoping to prey on vulnerable, gullible yoga moms. They can be so moral and powerful selling anti-materialism but embrace pro-moral degeneracy.


That criticism levied, the question above is a great way to measure what we are doing in our life. What we mean by service, do you do it for a reward from God or from our own desire to help?
